Reza

Reza is a passionate entrepreneur and an Internet of Things pioneer, developing sensor-based systems before “IoT” and “Cloud” were part of the vernacular. He was the Founding CEO of iControl Networks, which raised more than $100M as the first successful mass-market consumer IoT solution (iControl was recently acquired by Comcast). Earlier in his career, Reza was the Business Development head for Echelon, a leading smart grid, building and home automation company. Reza was the 2014 CEA Innovation Entrepreneur Award – Exec of the Year, and holds 34 U.S. and International patents.

Philip

Philip is an early-stage sales and business development executive with experience spanning sensors, SaaS, semi-conductors and smart lighting. Prior to joining Xenio, he was VP of Strategic Sales for Bridgelux, the LED innovator which developed the initial Xenio concept and spun Xenio out in 2016. Philip was also VP of Fixture OEM sales for Acuity Brands, VP of Business Development, Marketing and Sales for Adura, a venture-funded networked lighting controls company for commercial buildings.

Patricia

Patricia is a seasoned executive with 25 years of combined retail and technology industry experience. She has led store operations, merchandising and marketing strategy in both domestic and international markets. An expert in Omni-channel best practices, she has a track record of increasing business value and improving customer experience through technology innovation and digital transformation. Patricia was formerly the Chief Product Officer at CrossCap, a SaaS Omni channel marketing solution provider whose clients included Walmart, Target, JCP, CVS, Safeway and other leading F500 companies. She has also held leadership positions at GAP Inc., Gymboree, Coach and Kate Spade & Company.

Gerry

Gerry's extensive experience includes architecting and helping to develop multiple, successful large-scale B2B and B2C cloud platforms. He was the co-founder and Chief Software Architect at iControl Networks, which raised more than $100M as the first successful mass-market consumer IoT solution (iControl was recently acquired by Comcast). Prior to iControl, Gerry was a senior architect and software developer at Echelon, a leading smart grid, commercial and home automation company. Gerry has 12 issued and several pending patents.

Howard

Howard is a seasoned engineering lead with a deep background in embedded technologies for commercial lighting environments. Prior to joining Xenio, as Director of Smart Lighting for Bridgelux he was one of the core architects of Xenio’s technology vision, and drove all design/engineering from the outset. Earlier in his career, he played engineering leadership roles with progressive responsibility at WattStopper and Echelon.

Asako

Asako is a leader in product, strategy and business development functions, with a specialty in defining and deploying technology solutions in new markets. Prior to Xenio, Asako was product lead for the Integrated Smart Module team at Bridgelux, whose work led to the formation and spin-out of Xenio. Earlier in her career, she was a technology VP at Bank of America, where she designed and managed mission-critical software products for several of the organization’s major business units.

Brandon

Brandon is a lighting and power electronics industry leader with over 15 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams and challenging the “status quo” with innovative new products. Prior to joining Xenio, he was Lighting Segment Marketing Manager at Infineon Technologies, where he developed the world’s first 0-10V dimming IC, “CoolDIM”. He holds several international patents and has developed award-winning solutions for a wide range of applications.
